Ask the Contractor Teleconference (ACT) Now Called Ask the Contractor Meeting

Palmetto GBA transitioned away from the Ask the Contractor Teleconference format while continuing to offer the provider community many opportunities to ask Medicare-related questions.

• When appearing as a guest speaker at an association’s educational event
• Using our webinar platform’s Ask a Question widget during Quarterly Update and other topic-specific webinars
• Through the Palmetto GBA Provider Contact Center
• Submission to the written correspondence department

This transition will also allow Palmetto GBA to better track trends and patterns in the questions asked so that we can educate on topics that are driving all inquiries.
